Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has already been shipped (or after 24 hours), we may not be able to stop the delivery. In this case, you will need to wait until the item arrives and follow our Return Policy. A recall fee may apply if we attempt to intercept the package with the carrier.
Yes. In compliance with United States tax laws, sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination.
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders easily, view purchase history, and speed up checkout for future purchases.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship exclusively to the United States (48 contiguous states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take longer and incur additional fees. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery address. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our website header for current deals!
For smaller items, we may ship via USPS to P.O. Boxes. However, large toys and furniture generally require a physical street address for delivery by UPS or FedEx.
No. Our standard shipping includes delivery to your front door or curbside only. We do not offer upstairs delivery or assembly services.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that “Final Sale” items cannot be returned.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping.
We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at [email protected] within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the box. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Product & Safety
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All our products meet or exceed applicable US safety standards (such as ASTM and CPSC requirements). Please check the product description for specific age recommendations and safety warnings.
Some of our larger items (like ride-on cars, play kitchens, or furniture) may require some assembly. We provide detailed manuals and necessary tools (or list the tools required) in the box.
