1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

  • Contiguous United States: We ship to all 48 contiguous states.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Shipping times and costs may vary for these locations.

  • P.O. Boxes: Please note that some large items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. If this is the case, we will contact you for a physical address.

  • International: We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Currency and Taxes

  • Currency: All transactions and payments are conducted in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states. Sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable state and local tax laws.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated based on carrier rates (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions for orders exceeding a certain value. If applicable, this will be indicated on the website header or at checkout.

4. Shipping Methods and Carriers

To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we use trusted carriers including:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

The carrier will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order to provide the most efficient delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

We strive to ship all in-stock orders as soon as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery within the contiguous U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days. Delivery to rural or remote areas, Alaska, or Hawaii may take longer.

Note on Delays: In cases of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays, the processing and delivery of orders may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to expedite your order once conditions permit.

6. Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. For each order, you will receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after you place your order to confirm we have received it.

  2. Shipment Confirmation Email: Sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This email will include your Tracking Number and a link to track your package on the carrier’s website.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Fimedo account on our website.

7. Damages and Issues

At Fimedo, we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that our products are packed securely. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

  • Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • Timeframe: You must report any damages within 3 business days of receiving your package.

  • Proof: Please provide your order number and digital photographs of the damaged item and the packaging (showing any visible scrapes, dents, etc.). This evidence is required for us to file a claim with the carrier and process your refund or replacement.

8. Important Notes

  1. Address Accuracy: Before finalizing your payment, please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  2. Return Shipping: If you are not satisfied with the product (non-defective) or have mistakenly placed the wrong order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

  3. Delivery Service: Standard shipping includes curbside or front-door delivery only. We do not provide inside delivery, upstairs delivery, or assembly services.
